Marla has over 10 years of superior customer
service. Marla is a Board Member for the
Douglas County Educational Foundation, sells
real estate part-time in the Denver metro
area, and is full time Mom to two wonderful
girls. Marla manages our Human Resources
department.
With
over 6 years experience, Paula is our resident
exprt on group and individual sales.
She also provides excellent customer service
to our new and existing clients. We

collects "Critters" to raise with her family
and is a major cheerleader for her son's
football team.
Rita Gomez is a Highlands Ranch resident AND native Coloradoan!! Prior to
joining Roper Insurance, Rita worked at Merrill Lynch for 10 years as a
Financial Planner for their Financial Foundation Department. She has a B.S. in
Finance and Management from the University of Northern Colorado . In her spare
time, Rita enjoys spending time with her family. Rita is very personable,
professional and would love to offer assistance to you today!
Laura Buckingham
is a transplanted Iowa native who loves
the outdoors and Colorado. Laura provides
excellent service and follow up with all
our clients. She is excellent at doing this
because she is multi-task efficient being
a mother of 3 very active kids in school
programs and
sports and taking care of her husband Dave
who is usually coaching a sports team somewhere.
Laura does a wonderful job of keeping all
our clients up to date on our computer system.
Ashleigh Morris has been with the company since February 2005. She is currently attending the Community College of Denver , pursuing her Neonatal Nursing Degree. She also models in her spare time. She lives in Littleton with her boyfriend and her Black Lab, Shelby. She also enjoys fixing up their house. She is very adventurous and will try anything once. She likes to snowboard/ski in the winter, and loves to travel to the beach in the summer. She loves to cook and therefore, also loves to eat. She goes camping, fishing, boating, and 4 wheeling nearly every weekend year round. She loves to spend time with friends and family. Karena Lyman is the newest team member, and started in July 2005. She has over 6 years of retail and management experience, and is very excited about starting a new career in the Insurance field! She grew up in Seattle, Washington and moved to Colorado almost 10 years ago. She still misses the rain of Seattle, but loves the many beautiful seasons here in Colorado . She has been very happily married to her high school sweetheart for 4 years now. Their large, energetic Alaskan Malamute keeps her and her husband busy at home, especially since he thinks he is much smaller than the 90 pounds he is! Karena's interests include the outdoors, snowboarding, camping, hiking, shopping, arranging flowers, animals, spending time with family and helping others. She is very personable, friendly and easy-going and would love to help YOU today!
Laurie is a Highlands Ranch

to joining Roper Insurance, Laurie worked
at MetLife for 8 years as a Marketing/PR
Manager for their institutional Retirement
& Savings division. Laurie has
a B.S. in Marketing from the University
of Colorado and the Chartered Life Underwriter
(CLU) designation. In her spare time,
Laurie enjoys traveling with her husband,
playing tennis and spending time with her
little girl. Laurie loves working
at Roper Insurance because she loves to

Leeat Felcher lives the urban life in a beautiful downtown loft. She has been with the company since July 2005. She was born in Denver but raised in the South of France. Prior to joining the Roper team, Leeat co-owned a cosmetic manu-facturing company which she still runs. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Chemistry and a Minor in Mathematics. Leeat enjoys traveling, especially around Europe and the Middle East, and hopes to discover the picturesque landscapes of Asia sometime. She is fluent in both French and Hebrew, and enjoys learning new languages in her spare time. Her next challenge is to learn Turkish! She is friendly, efficient and would love to provide you the best customer service she has to offer!
